 Technical Notes

It is extremely important that your versions of Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat Reader are the version specified above. In order to view documents correctly, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 3.02 or higher installed. Any older version will cause the viewing process to run extremely slow or incorrectly.

Also, once you are logged on to Virtual Docket and you are clicking on the retrieve button and nothing is happening, that is an instant signal that your Internet Browser (Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer) is not version 4.01 or higher. You can obtain an up-to-date version via the Internet.

Registration

Register online by clicking the REGISTRATION button in the left side navigation, and following instructions given. If you are having difficulties with the Online Registration, you have not the required version of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer installed. Please update your Internet Browser and try again. You can also register by calling 800-998-2666.

Subscriber's Agreement & Terms:

The Subscriber agrees that its access to the information found within and provided by Virtual Docket, LLC is available as a matter of convenience for purposes of document management in the practice of law. Virtual Docket, LLC is not the official docket of any court and it should not be relied upon as the official docket of the United States District Court, United States Bankruptcy Court or The Court of Chancery for the State of Delaware. The Subscriber understands that it is accessing information from Virtual Docket, LLC on an AS IS basis and that Virtual Docket, LLC is not responsible for any discrepancies that may exist between Virtual Docket, LLC and the official dockets of the courts.

The Subscriber further agrees that it will not use, print, copy, download, save, or transfer any information obtained from Virtual Docket, LLC for any purpose or to any third party, other than the conventional practice of law.
